Terms of Use

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@ibuy.bb if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. iBuy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or platform policies is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When you post a listing on iBuy, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the item(s) listed, or are authorised to sell them.
• All information in your listing — including descriptions, photos, condition, and price — is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• The item is available for sale at the time of listing and you will remove it promptly once sold.
• Your listing complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

By posting content (including photos, descriptions, and messages) on the Platform, you grant iBuy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

All content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe the rights of any third party. iBuy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice.

iBuy supports listings across three primary categories: vehicles (cars and motorcycles), real estate (property for sale or rent), and general items (consumer goods and other personal property). Each category may have specific listing requirements; ensure your listing is placed in the correct category with all required details.

The following items may not be listed or sold on iBuy under any circumstances:

• Illegal firearms, weapons, explosives, or related accessories.
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods.
• Adult content, pornographic material, or services of a sexual nature.
• Animals or wildlife protected under applicable law.
• Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products sold to minors.
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights (including pirated software or media).
• Human remains, organs, or bodily fluids.
• Any item whose sale, purchase, or possession is prohibited by applicable law.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or communications.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against any other user.
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or contact requests.
• Circumvent any security or authentication measure on the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our express written permission.
• Use the Platform to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Solicit other users to complete transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees.
• Create fake reviews, ratings, or accounts to manipulate trust scores.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform or servers.

iBuy is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not buy, sell, or own any items listed on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating the suitability, legality, and accuracy of any listing before entering into a transaction.
• Conducting your own due diligence, including inspecting items in person before payment.
• Arranging and completing payment and delivery/pickup with the other party.
• Resolving any disputes directly with the other party in the first instance.

iBuy does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed, that items are as described, or that users are who they claim to be. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and taking reasonable safety precautions when completing in-person transactions.

The Platform includes a ratings system to help users make informed decisions. Ratings must reflect genuine transaction experiences. Fraudulent, coerced, or retaliatory ratings violate these Terms and may be removed.

Basic listing on iBuy is free. We may introduce paid features, promoted listings, or subscription plans in the future. Where fees apply, we will provide clear notice of the amount and billing terms before you are charged.

Where in-app payment features are available, payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By using payment features, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. iBuy does not store complete payment card information.

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes (including VAT or sales tax) arising from transactions conducted on the Platform.

The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and all content created by iBuy, is owned by or licensed to iBuy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to iBuy, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without any obligation to you.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@ibuy.bb with sufficient detail for us to investigate your claim.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@ibuy.bb. Upon deletion, your listings and public profile will be removed, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if required by law. You acknowledge that iBuy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Platform.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force and effect.
